Usui Reiki training w/Sue Siegrist - Reiki attunements performed at every level of Reiki will draw the energy and power of the Reiki ancestors into alignment with your physical body, increasing your natural healing energies.
Reiki Level I
What you will learn:
-Trauma Informed Reiki - what trauma is, how it manifests in the body, how to regulate your own nervous system, providing a safe space for others during Reiki
-The Chakra System - what the energetic centers of the body mean, how they manifest in our lives, and how to see if your chakras are balanced!
-What Reiki is, and what it isn’t. Learn about the uses of Reiki, and how to provide it for yourself and friends and family.
- Receive four attunements that will increase the capacity for your own innate healing potential!

Also included is a one-on-one integration session after the training is complete. Attendance for the training can be virtual or in-person, attunements can be in person at the time of class, distance attunements virtually, or we can set up an in-person one-on-one for attunements if you prefer!
